The update comes shortly after the city council voted to secure $14 million in bonds to fund the project in August.
The city had a below average response rate in 2010.
Fishnet is the latest College Park restaurant to close its doors in the last two years.
The changes affect the upcoming November election.
They fear it could make for significant noise increases in the city's northern neighborhoods.
The project was originally estimated to cost $4,000.
The program provides $15,000 toward closing costs for city and university employees for new home purchases in College Park.
The most recent projection that the development would cost the city $8 million more than initially estimated.
