The deadline for the city to submit a proposal is Oct. 19.

The renovated space will be the civil and environmental engineering department’s main area for lab work.
The South Campus Dining Hall, the Architecture Building, Carroll, Caroline and Wicomico halls were some buildings affected by the outage.
Ellicott Hall’s renovations have been pushed back until at least 2020.
Previously, students could take Hebrew classes, but couldn’t earn a minor.
A public health school pilot study also revealed that another 16 percent of students are at risk of being food insecure.
Graduate students are working with the U.S. Agriculture Department and the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks to track movements of tick-carrying animals like mice and deer.
Construction of Clark Hall was previously slated to be completed in June.
The center is scheduled to open in January 2019.
