After days without air conditioning, the University of Maryland’s North Campus Dining Hall HVAC system is set to undergo repairs Friday, according to an email from Dining Services spokesperson Bart Hipple.

The outage, which began Tuesday, was caused by a broken part, Hipple wrote. Staff can begin repairs after a replacement part that is on its way arrives.
Meanwhile, temperatures in College Park this week have reached the low to mid 80s.
