At least 26 dorms and all South Campus Commons apartments, along with 21 university buildings were affected by Monday’s water outage.
It will take approximately four hours for temperatures to return to normal.
Once the department has all of the products and dispensers, they will work to roll out the initiative into restrooms as soon as possible.
Facilities Management does not have an estimate for when hot water and heat will be restored, according to an email Tuesday.
Residential facilities housekeepers say they receive one KN95 mask per week.
The university plans to readjust its current budget that will result in no added cost to students living on campus.
