In light of the death of Richard Collins III, UMD students took to Twitter to share their fears and experiences of racism on the campus.

A University of Maryland student has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, as well as first-degree assault.

The incident, which occurred Saturday morning, resulted in the death of a Bowie State University student.
