What to watch for Maryland
Free throw shooting
Maryland is currently eighth in the Big Ten and 195th in the country in free throw percentage so far this season, shooting just 69.1 percent overall. Friday’s win against Harvard was the team’s second-worst free throw shooting game of the season, shooting 25-for-40 from the line, a 62.5 percent clip. The Terps, known for getting out to slow starts this season, will need to be near-perfect from the line against a Marquette team averaging around 74 percent from the charity stripe and 76 points per game.
What to watch for Marquette

Howard is the leading scorer in the country, averaging 29.3 points per game so far, 4.4 points more than the next-closest name on the list. This season, Howard is shooting 45.9 percent from the field, 49.1 percent from three and 87.5 percent on free throws.
