On Sunday, Baltimore Ravens fans got a taste of what Big Ten opponents dealt with the last three years on Sunday coming up against DJ Moore.

The former Terp shined in his first 100-yard game of his career as the Carolina Panthers beat the Ravens 36-21. Moore led the Panthers in receiving, hauling in five of six targets for 90 yards and adding 39 yards on the ground for 129 total yards.

Moore’s most impressive play of the game came when he turned a fumble into a nice gain on a triple option.

Moore also helped the Panthers get out of the shadow of their own end zone with a solid 33-yard catch.

Through seven games this season, Moore has 18 receptions for 281 receiving yards. He has the fifth-most receiving yards among rookies, with the New York Giants’ Saquon Barkley sitting in first.

Much like at Maryland, he’s also seen time in the backfield and in the return game, with 85 rushing yards and 44 return yards.

Moore’s elusiveness and versatility was on full display for three years in College Park and now he’s only beginning to scratch the surface with the Panthers. This could likely be the first of many 100-yard games in his career.
