The preliminary plans indicate the development will include several mixed-use buildings and a green pavilion area.
The complex will house between 200 and 250 multifamily residential units and 550,000 square feet of workspaces.
The project includes 393 housing units and more than 60,000 square feet of retail space.
The building, located on 4600 River Road, is being developed under the university’s joint-venture with COPT
City officials anticipate moving in August 2021.
It will take over the space formerly occupied by The Red Boat.
