The University of Maryland announced a new website that streamlines maintenance and repairs requests for all campus facilities in a campuswide email on Monday.

Facilities Service Central allows university community members to submit requests, track the status of requests and request assistance, according to the email. The website will lead to faster service, the email said.

Facilities Management, Residential Facilities, Dining Services, Recreation and Wellness and Stamp Student Union worked in collaboration to create the website, according to the email.

University community members can log in to the system using their university credentials and guests can log in using their email to access the website.
