Maryland field hockey coach Missy Meharg announced that the Terps signed eight players in the 2025 class, which includes three siblings of current Terps.

Maryland football offered three more recruits and the men’s basketball team signed its lone commit.

Ryleigh Osborne, 2025, goalkeeper, Crofton (Crofton, Maryland)

Osborne is the lone goalkeeper in Maryland’s eight-player class.

She comes to College Park after guiding her team to the Maryland 4A state championship and boasting a 93 save percentage in 2023. Osborne was also named the Cardinals’ defender of the year and was a first team All County selection.

“Not only is she a really technical and tactical goalkeeper but she has great size in the goal cage,” Meharg said. “Her attitude and character is contagious.”

Jordyn Hollamon, 2025, midfield/forward, Delmar High School (Delmar, Delaware)

Hollamon was one of three Terp signees who have a sibling on the team, joining her older sister Josie Hollamon.

The senior was the 2023 Division 2 Delaware Player of the Year as Delmar won the D2 state championship and Henlopen conference championship. She was also a 2023 U-18 U.S. National Team Selection Camp invitee.

Faith Everett, 2025, midfield, Broadneck (Arnold, Maryland)

Everett will also join her older sister, midfielder Maya Everett, at Maryland. The sisters won the 2022 4A state championship together at Broadneck, going a perfect 20-0.

The younger Everett won a bevy of postseason awards in 2023, including the Field Hockey Coaches Association of Maryland first team All-State and Baltimore Sun first team All Metro.

“I chose the University of Maryland because of its outstanding field hockey program, top tier academics, and the opportunity to play with my sister for two more years,” Everett said.

Gage Luther, 2027, interior offensive line, Pontotoc (Pontotoc, Mississippi)

Maryland gave Luther his second Division I offer on Nov. 19, five days after Georgia State gave him his first.

He may have more offers on the way. The unranked prospect visited Ole Miss on Oct. 26, a little more than 30 miles from Pontotoc.

Luther is the second 2027 interior lineman the Terps have offered, joining unranked recruit Jayden Dean.

George Parkinson IV, 2028, edge rusher, Malvern Prep (Malvern, Pennsylvania)

Coach Michael Locksley dipped into the 2028 class and offered Parkinson on Nov. 16. Aside from edge rusher, the freshman also spends time at running back, wide receiver and outside linebacker, according to his Hudl page.

Maryland also offered defensive linemen RJ Cruz III and Tyrone Elee in the 2028 class.

Cade Cooper, 2027, wide receiver and defensive back, Malvern Prep (Malvern, Pennsylvania)

Cooper announced that he received an offer from the Terps the same day as Parkinson. The 6-foot-3 sophomore receiver is the No. 3 receiver in Pennsylvania, according to Prep Redzone.

Christian Jeffrey, 2025, guard, Mt. Zion Prep (Lanham, Maryland)

Four-star Marcus Jackson decommitted on Nov. 11, leaving the Terps with only Jeffrey in their 2025 class. Less than one week later, the guard inked that commitment and signed his letter of intent.

Jeffrey is the No. 5 player in Maryland and No. 17 combo guard, according to the 247Sports composite.

There are only three remaining uncommitted recruits who have visited College Park, including Jackson. Five-star point guard Mikel Brown Jr. visited on Oct. 25 and is weighing offers from schools such as Kentucky, Indiana and Ole Miss. Four-star forward Efeosa Oliogu has competing offers from Missouri and Alabama after visiting on Sept. 8.

Izayia Williams, 2026, linebacker, Tavares (Leesburg, Florida)

Williams abruptly canceled his visit to Miami last weekend, opting to come to College Park. He then posted that the Terps made his top-eight schools on Nov. 19.

The four-star recruit had been committed to Florida State for two months before decommitting on Nov. 7 amid the Seminoles’ 1-9 season. Maryland joins Alabama, USC, Florida and LSU in his top-eight.

Williams is the No. 8 linebacker in the 2026 class, according to the 247Sports composite. He also competes in track and field events — becoming a regional qualifier as a freshman in high jump and long jump.
