DOTS is proposing a $9 fee increase for full-time undergraduates in the 2022-23 academic year.
The university began piloting the Terp to Terp program this semester.
The university plans to readjust its current budget that will result in no added cost to students living on campus.
The increases go toward housing, dining and transportation fees.
University President Darryll Pines has said the university will not return to the pass/fail system this semester.
She spoke about student communication and increasing awareness of mental health services.
The resolution passed with just one more vote than it needed.
Zachary Schlaich, a senior computer engineering major, joined the RHA as a sophomore.
