University event staff checked IDs, searched bags and scanned attendees with metal detectors at gated entrances for Israel Fest and Boycott Israel Fest.
Monday’s event included speeches and signs with messages directed towards university administrators. Students continued the sit-in Tuesday and Wednesday.
