Felton committed to the Terps one month after tearing his ACL in high school. After two seasons of sitting behind more experienced players, he's established himself as one of the team's best receivers.
The Terps removed the full team “good-on-good” portion of its practices the last two weeks, which pits the first team offense against the first team defense.
“In our locker room, it wasn’t necessarily a celebration,” coach Michael Locksley said after the game. “We all know we didn’t play up to our standard.”
