Prince George’s County Police responded to an armed commercial robbery that occurred near the College Park Volunteer Fire Department Friday morning, according to a UMD Alert.
According to the alert, two males entered an unnamed establishment on the 4700 block of Melbourne Place, which intersects Route 1, at around 11:48 a.m. The suspects were armed with a handgun and demanded property, according to the alert.
The individuals left the scene in a white SUV and traveled south on Route 1, according to the alert.
County police are reviewing cameras in the area for video evidence, according to the alert.
