College Park’s Ledo Restaurant is up for sale after nearly a decade in the city, according to an online real estate listing.

The business owners, who could not be reached for comment, are planning to retire, the listing read.

The pizza joint, known for its rectangular pies, moved its original location from Adelphi to College Park in 2010, according to the listing.

The rent for the space — a 5,800-square-foot restaurant beneath a parking garage in the heart of downtown College Park — costs about $12,000 a month.

CORRECTION: Due to a reporting error, a previous version of this story incorrectly stated there are multiple other Ledo Restaurants in the D.C. area. There are numerous other restaurants in the Ledo’s Pizza chain, but they are separate from the Ledo Restaurant in College Park. This story has been updated.
