A group of males, armed with a handgun, entered a residence in the 7500 block of Dickinson Avenue and demanded property Wednesday night, according to a UMD alert.
The suspects stole property from the Old Town residence before fleeing, according to the alert.
The suspects fled on Campus Drive toward the College Park Metro Station, the alert read.
University of Maryland Police and the Prince George’s County Police are searching for the suspects.
Neither department was immediately available to comment further.
Police were unable to locate the suspects and issued an all clear at about 12:20 a.m.
