University of Maryland Police are investigating a report of an on-campus rape that occurred early Sunday morning, according to crime logs.
The incident occurred in Elkton Hall and the residents knew each other, according to police spokesperson Sgt. Rosanne Hoaas.
The investigation is ongoing.
