Aisha Badru, an electro-folk singer-songwriter, will be showcasing her dreamy, soulful voice May 10 at MilkBoy ArtHouse in College Park.
Pendulum, Badru’s 2018 debut album, features three of her top singles, “Mind on Fire,” “Splintered” and “Bridges.” The latter song garnered over 1.1 million streams on Spotify and was featured on an episode of Freeform’s Shadowhunters.
Badru recently released “Enough,” the lead single on her upcoming EP Road to Self. An acoustic version is available on Spotify and iTunes.
Badru is set to open for singer-songwriter Allman Brown. Friday’s show starts at 8 p.m. and doors open at 7 p.m. General admission tickets can be purchased for $13 here.
