In Big Ten play, Edwards has taken over 200 shots, while only one other player on Purdue has taken over 100 shots in the Boilermakers’ conference clashes. According to Kenpom, when Edwards is on the floor in conference play, he takes a shot on almost 36 percent of Purdue’s possessions, the highest clip of anyone in the conference. Edwards has failed to drop 20 points in Purdue’s only two losses against Big Ten foes, so keeping Carsen Edwards in check will go a very long way toward Maryland securing another ranked victory.
