We’re less than two months away from the start of the college basketball season, and Aaron Wiggins looks like he’s ready to go right now.
The Maryland freshman showed off the work he’s putting in, hitting a no-look half court shot in a late-night video on Instagram.

Wiggins, a four-star recruit out of Wesleyan Christian Academy in North Carolina, is expected to play a role on the wing for the Terps this season. He’s going to have to prove his shooting skills to help replace Kevin Huerter, so hopefully this video is a sign of what’s to come.
Wiggins isn’t even the first Terp to sink a no-look shot late while practicing late. Blaire Watson and Brianna Fraser hit back-to-back no-look half court shots last year, celebrating on Snapchat.
These shots might not be practical in-game, but hey — shooters shoot. We’ll just have to see if Wiggins’ game is on the level of Maryland great Andrew Terrell.
