A robbery near the College Park Airport was reported to University of Maryland Police on Wednesday, according to a UMD alert.
Police are investigating a report of a robbery at the 5100 block of College Avenue, according to the alert. Police said no weapon was used.
The suspect was seen fleeing on foot toward the Metro tracks, according to a follow-up alert. An all-clear was issued at about 4 p.m. when it appeared the suspect had left the area. Prince George’s County Police are currently investigating the incident, according to an alert.
