DJ Moore was already hyped as one of the top wide receiver prospects coming out of Maryland, and this weekend’s combine only solidified his status. Among all wideout participants, Moore had the best broad jump (11 feet), the second-best vertical (39.5 inches) and the fifth-fastest 40-yard dash (4.42 seconds). That earned the former Terp plenty of love on Twitter.
Dan Hellie, an anchor on NFL Network, likes Moore over any other wideout in the draft:
My favorite WR in the draft @TerpsFootball DJ Moore just ran a 4.43 40 at #nflcombine on @nflnetwork

Mile High Sports host Benjamin Allbright concurs:
DJ Moore. WR1 — Benjamin Allbright (@AllbrightNFL) March 4, 2018
Bruce Feldman, author and reporter for FOX Sports, is a fan as well:
#Maryland WR DJ Moore having a good day. at 6-0, 210.. 4.43 40 to go with a 39.5 vert and 11-foot broad jump. Stock should be rising. Had to endure a ton of QB injuries in his career. High character kid too.

Dane Brugler, senior staff writer at NFLDraftScout.com, thinks Moore is one of the top two wideouts in the draft:
DJ Moore was my WR2 entering the Combine. He was taller than expected. He was faster than expected. Draft arrow pointing North. Love it. — Dane Brugler (@dpbrugler) March 3, 2018
Connor Rogers of Bleacher Report put him in the top three:
Great combine for DJ Moore. When all is said and done, he’s going to be a top 3 WR in this class for many. — Connor Rogers (@ConnorJRogers) March 3, 2018
DJ MOORE 4.43 ALLLLLL ABOOOOOOAAAAARRRRDDDD — David Helman (@HelmanDC) March 3, 2018
I asked DJ Moore about hitting the 6’0 mark during his weigh in. His answer kind of encapsulates the fun absurdity of the Combine: “I knew going into it how tall I was.” ???? — David Helman (@HelmanDC) March 2, 2018
Guess I now have to say DJ Moore is a 6′ guy who plays like he’s 6’2. That 5’10 stuff is outta there. — Jeff Cavanaugh (@JC1053) March 1, 2018
Scott Greene of Rivals.com compared Moore to a receiver with four straight seasons of 90+ catches:
Said early in the season, #Terps WR DJ Moore would be a 2nd Rd lock if he ran a 4.4 40 at the combine. He’s Golden Tate 2.0 and has now measured taller than expected and run an unofficial 4.43. Stock soaring.

And Joey Ickes of FanRag Sports likened him to the reigning Defensive Player of the Year:
DJ Moore is this years Aaron Donald… Feb 1st: Draft him in the 2nd round he’s a steal! Mar 15th: Take him with your first round pick! April 27th: He’s gone before you have a shot at him!. — Joey Ickes (@JoeyIckes) March 1, 2018
We’ll leave you with this from DJ Moore, stud wide receiver.
