What to watch for Maryland: Justin Jackson’s three-point shooting
Justin Jackson has come out of the gate this season very cold when it comes to knocking down threes. He currently sits at 1-for-10, having finally seen one of his shots go through on Saturday when the Terps faced Bucknell. Jackson made nearly 44 percent of his threes last season, and facing Jackson State could give the Canadian sophomore a chance to get his perimeter shooting back on track before the Terps travel to Florida.

What to watch for Jackson State: The charity stripe is not charitable
When the Tigers get to the free throw line, it’s hardly a guarantee they’ll come away from it with some easy points. They’re shooting just 58.2 percent from the line after their first three games, a mark that ranks 332nd out of 351 teams in college basketball. So even if Jackson State can draw fouls tonight, the team won’t necessarily score from them.
