The 6-foot-6, 225-pounder is ranked the No. 36 tight end in the nation and the No. 89 player in Georgia by 247Sports. Bryant chose Maryland over Iowa State, Tennessee and Pittsburgh among other schools.
Maryland picked up four Georgia recruits in its 2017 class, while Bryant is the first 2018 Terps commit from the SEC-area. Bryant will likely compete with incoming three-star tight end Andrew Park and redshirt freshman Noah Barnes for playing time in 2018.
