The nation should be “Keeping a very close eye on Florida, Virginia, and North Carolina,” Rouse wrote in an email. “These states will either be an initial part of Clinton’s firewall (preventing a path for Trump to 270) or an opening for Trump and an opportunity to 270 electoral votes.”

Donald Trump is projected to win West Virginia, according to the Associated Press. This would give Trump 24 electoral votes compared to three for Clinton.

Hillary Clinton is projected to win Vermont, and Donald Trump is projected to win Indiana and Kentucky, according to the Associated Press.

This would give Trump 19 electoral votes and Clinton three electoral votes so far.
