The Harford County Sheriff’s Office will not release more information about the death of University of Maryland junior Farhad Siddique, according to Harford County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Cristie Kahler.
Police originally reported that Siddique’s father, Nasir Siddique, shot both his son and his wife before killing himself.
Although the motive behind this incident remains unclear, Kahler said the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division decided earlier today no more information will be disclosed to the public.
“After further review, we’re not going to release further details on this case and [the] suicide,” Kahler said.
The Prince George’s County Police Department could not be reached for comment.
