The Diamondback won seven categories and placed in four others Saturday in the 2013 Mark of Excellence Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists for Region 2.
The regional winners will go on to the national competition, details for which have yet to be announced.
The wins continue a streak of awards for The Diamondback in its region.
