1. Dierks Bentley with Chase Rice, Chris Young and Jon Pardi: May 17 at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia

These four country artists are sure to put on a show with their broad range of talent. Dierks Bentley’s Riser tour is based off his album Riser, which he released Feb. 25. Songs on the album include “Pretty Girls,” “Here on Earth” and “Drunk on a Plane.”

2. Luke Bryan with Lee Brice and Cole Swindell: May 30-31 at Jiffy Lube Live

When Luke Bryan shakes his hips, girls go crazy. This summer should be no different with his That’s My Kind of Night tour. While his song “That’s My Kind of Night” is upbeat and has a pop-country feel, many of his other songs from his latest full album, Crash My Party, are much softer and full of personal stories.

3. Jake Owen: May 31 at Concert Zone in Virginia Beach, Virginia

In 2005 Jake Owen was performing in Florida bars, according to his website. Since then he’s opened many big-name artists’ tours, including Jason Aldean’s Night Train tour last summer. Now he will lead the stage with his own tour, after releasing Days of Gold in December.

4. Brad Paisley: June 12 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia

Brad Paisley, known for his romantic lyrics, will likely play a number of new songs at this show, because he has a new album coming out Aug. 26. However, his last album, Wheelhouse, was also a huge success. Top songs from the album include “Southern Comfort Zone” and “Beat This Summer.”

5. Tim McGraw with Kip Moore and Cassadee Pope: June 14 at Jiffy Lube Live

Tim McGraw will travel to more than 30 cities this summer for his Sundown Heaven Town tour. While his new album will not be released until September, he will most likely feature songs from his last album, Two Lanes of Freedom, at the concert. Two of his most iconic songs, “Southern Girl” and “Highway Don’t Care,” which features Taylor Swift on vocals and Keith Urban on guitar, are sure to be heard.

6. Zac Brown Band: June 22 at Jiffy Lube Live

Zac Brown Band’s music is perfect for summer with its beachy, laid-back feel. Songs like “Toes” and “Knee Deep,” which describe relaxing at the beach, will make you want to forget about work and take a vacation.

7. Jason Aldean: July 25 at Nationals Park in Washington

Jason Aldean made his mark last summer with his Night Train tour, in which Jake Owen and Thomas Rhett joined him. His 2014 Burn It Down tour already sold out its first stops in Roanoke, Virginia; State College, Pennsylvania; and Atlantic City, New Jersey.

8. Toby Keith with Colt Ford and Krystal Keith: June 28 at Jiffy Lube Live

Toby Keith is known for music that screams American pride, from “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue” to “American Soldier” and “Made in America.” However, perhaps his most recognizable song is “Red Solo Cup,” a crowd-pleasing ode to partying. In fact, if you go to this concert, you shouldn’t be surprised if he whips out a Solo cup or shotguns a beer onstage midsong.

9. Rascal Flatts, Sheryl Crows and Gloriana: Aug, 2 at Jiffy Lube Live

Rascal Flatts’ Rewind tour will hit Virginia this summer, opened by the up-and-coming group Gloriana.

10. Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett: Aug. 23 at Jiffy Lube Live

Miranda Lambert’s Platinum Across America tour will allow fans to listen to music from her upcoming album Platinum before she releases it June 3. According to Lambert’s website, she has installed a large aluminum crown decorated with crystals on top of her personal Airstream travel trailer for her trip around the country, so try to catch a glimpse of that if you make it to the show.
