Police are investigating an off-campus burglary that occurred Tuesday night at an apartment on Guilford Road, according to a University of Maryland Safety Notice.
Victims told Prince George’s County Police this morning that a man came into their apartment on the 4200 block of Guilford Road at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. He came through a back door that might have been unlocked, they told police.
The man tried to take property from one of the residents but ran away after she screamed.
No one was injured, according to the notice.
