Police are investigating an indecent exposure that took place Thursday evening on the seventh floor of McKeldin Library, according to a University of Maryland safety notice.
At 6:57 p.m, University Police were contacted by a female student who reported that a man sitting at a nearby desk revealed his genitals and proceeded to arouse himself, according to the report.
The suspect is described as a 40-year-old man with facial hair, wearing a red knit hat and black jacket. Police could not locate the suspect despite searching the area.
