A university student was found dead today in his off-campus home, according to a member of his fraternity.

Jack Godfrey, a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, was found dead by his roommates in the early evening. Prince George’s County Police would not comment on the incident because officers did not suspect foul play, according to the department’s media relations.

Tau Kappa Epsilon’s president did not respond to a phone call. Members of the fraternity’s rush board declined to comment.

A candlelight vigil will be held Friday evening in front of the Tau Kappa Epsilon house on Fraternity Row.
