Prince George’s County Police is investigating a burglary that took place Saturday afternoon near the University of Maryland’s campus, according to a UMD Alert.
On Saturday at 2:58 p.m., University of Maryland Police was notified by Prince George’s County Police of a burglary that took place at 4 a.m. that same day in the 4600 block of Knox Road, according to the alert.
A woman with unknown affiliation to this university reported that she saw a man at the end of her bed while she was in her bedroom, according to the alert. The suspect then fled from the apartment.
The victim also reported that some property from the apartment was stolen, according to the alert.
