The Terrapins baseball team dropped their sixth straight conference series tonight as it fell to Miami, 5-3, in Game 2 of a three-game set.
Brady Kirkpatrick started on the hill for the Terps, allowing four earned runs over six innings of work.
Kyle Convissar batted 1-for-3 with two RBIs, bringing his team-leading season total to 33. Charlie White added two hits and a run scored.
Miami’s David Thompson batted 2-for-4 with three RBIs, including a solo home run in the second inning.
The series will continue tomorrow at Bob “Turtle” Smith Stadium at 1 p.m.
