1. Portland – Greg Oden, C, Ohio State. Oden, the consensus No. 1, would join a young Blazers lineup including Brandon Roy and Zach Randolph, if Randolph isn’t traded

2. Seattle – Kevin Durant, SF, Texas. The 2006 Player of the Year has the most upside of anyone in the draft, though there are concerns about his strength strength when he was unable to bench press 185 pounds.

3. Atlanta – Al Horford, PF, Florida. Though Atlanta may trade the pick, Horford is the most NBA-ready player avaible after Oden and Durant are off the board.

4. Memphis – Mike Conley Jr., PG, Ohio State. Oden’s running mate at Ohio State, Conley Jr. impressed many teams with his poise as a freshman point guard in the Big Ten.

5. Boston – Corey Brewer, SF, Florida. Known for his athleticism and defense, Brewer’s offensive upside might intrigue Boston enough to take him with the No. 5 pick.

6. Milwaukee – Brandon Wright, PF, North Carolina. Aside from Oden and Durant, Wright might have the biggest upside of anyone in this loaded draft. However, teams have questioned his work ethic and his drive.

7. Minnesota – Jeff Green, SF, Georgetown. A player who can do a little bit of everything, Green would bring a sound fundamental background to a Wolves team lacking in structure.

8. Charlotte – Joakim Noah, PF, Florida. Though there have been rumors the Bobcats will trade this pick, Noah would fit in with the team’s past draft strategy of drafting top players from teams that have made deep NCAA tournament runs.

9. Chicago – Yi Jianlian, PF/C, China. This year’s top international prospect, Yi may be a steal this late. He has refused to work out for certain teams, and his brass wants him in a big market.

10. Sacramento – Spencer Hawes, C, Washington. Though just an average athlete, Hawes has drawn interest due to his shooting and strong post skills. The Kings would groom Hawes to eventually replace Brad Miller in the paint

11. Atlanta – Acie Law IV, PG, Texas A&M. Law’s stock will depend entirely on where Mike Conley Jr. gets drafted. If Conley goes No. 4 to Memphis, the experienced Law could sneak into the lottery portion of the draft.

12. Philadelphia – Julian Wright, PF, Kansas – The Sixers desperately need a power forward, and with three first-round picks don’t be surprised if they are able to trade up into the top 10.

13. New Orleans – Al Thornton, SF, Florida State – Thornton will help a team right away, but there are questions about his injuries. Right now he has an injured wrist, ankle and back.

14. L.A. Clippers – Nick Young, SG/SF, USC – Young stays in the area he played college ball at and will fit right in with his athleticisim.

15. Detroit – Javaris Crittenton, PG, Georgia Tech

16. Washington – Rodney Stuckey, SG, Eastern Washington

17. New Jersey – Jason Smith, PF/C, Colorado State

18. Golden State – Thaddeus Young, SF, Georgia Tech

19. L.A. Lakers – Rudy Fernandez, SG/SF, Spain

20. Miami – Wilson Chandler, SF, DePaul

21. Philadelphia – Gabe Pruitt, PG, USC

22. Charlotte – Petteri Koponen, SG, Finland

23. New York – Derrick Byars, SF, Vanderbilt

24. Phoenix – Tiago Splitter, C, Brazil

25. Utah – Morris Almond, SG, Rice

26. Houston – Marcus Williams, SG, Arizona

27. Detroit – Josh McRoberts, PF, Duke

28. San Antonio – Jared Dudley, SF, Boston College

29. Phoenix – Sean Williams, PF, Boston College

30. Philadelphia – Kyrylo Fesenko, C, Croatia
