Bluegrass legend Del McCoury hosts his first annual DelFest at the Allegany County Fairgrounds in Cumberland Memorial Day weekend. The family-friendly festival will include sets by McCoury, Keller Williams, Vince Gill and more.Tickets cost $135 for three days. Single day tickets cost $35.
June 7: Starscape Festival in Baltimore
The one-day festival Starscape Festival takes over Baltimore’s Fort Armistead Park from 2 p.m. June 7 until 6 a.m. June 8. The festival focuses on electronic acts, with The Disco Biscuits, BT, Slick Rick The Ruler and Bassnectar headlining. Tickets cost $49.50.
Aug. 9 to 10: Virgin Mobile Festival in Baltimore
Competing for the first time with neighboring All Points West in New Jersey, Vrigin Mobile Festival in Baltimore boasts some big names including Kanye West, Bob Dylan and Nine Inch Nails. It also boasts a rare performance by She & Him. Tickets cost $175 for two days, $97.50 for single days.
