Prince George’s County Police responded to reports of gunshots at the 8800 block of 37th Avenue early this morning, according to a University of Maryland Police notice.
A burgundy vehicle was seen leaving the area with Maryland temporary tags that read 82491T, according to the notice, which was sent at 2:33 a.m. Police issued an all-clear about an hour later, but they were unable to locate the vehicle or suspect.
This incident is still under investigation, and police urge anyone with more information to contact them at 301-352-1200.
