15,000 people were on the National Mall on Oct. 8 for Camino Americano: Rally and March for Immigrant Dignity and Respect. The purpose of the march, hosted by CASA in Action, was to demand comprehensive immigration reform, a goal protesters hope to accomplish this year before a new Congress is elected.
