Forward Patrick Mullins scored one goal and had two assists against Georgetown in the Terps’ loss to the Hoyas in the College Cup semifinal on Dec. 7, 2012 in Hoover, Ala.

The Terrapins men’s soccer team’s spring slate was announced Monday, the first time the team will be back in action since falling in the College Cup in December.

The Terps, who return MAC Hermann Trophy winner Patrick Mullins, will play six games in the next two months, including three at Ludwig Field.

They open their spring slate Sunday morning against D.C. United reserves the RFK Auxiliary Field in Washington. The Terps return to College Park for matchups against the USL’s Richmond Kickers on March 31 and Harrisburg Islanders on April 5.

Following the action against pro teams, the Terps return to the college ranks for an April 21 doubleheader against St. John’s and Delaware in Newark, Del. Finally, the slate ends with the Terps hosting Akron, a team that finished the regular season ranked No. 1, at Ludwig Field.

All home games will be free to the public.

Additionally, four Terps were named to the 2012 All-ACC Academic Men’s Soccer team by the league Friday. Defender Taylor Kemp, Mullins, forward Jake Pace and midfielder Helge Leikvang were recognized for their academic achievements.
