Forward Damonte Dodd loses control of the ball during the Terps’ 67-56 victory over NC Central at Xfinity Center on Dec. 10, 2014.
Men’s basketball forward Damonte Dodd tweets the same exact tweet every single day.

However, recently he’s been doing something a little different, stepping up his game – just like he did Saturday against Minnesota, when he led the team in rebounds and blocks.

Just like his game, Dodd’s ask.fm account has been generating a lot of attention lately, which is interesting to me because I thought that had died with MySpace and the iPod Shuffle.
Not so for Dodd, whose Twitter has turned into a mix of everything from queries about his gameplay to love advice. Here’s what I mean.
Users wanted to know of Dodd’s own relationship status.

The thirst was real.

Is he into it? I can’t tell.

Anna even ousted him on his “secret “ identity.

*Note that further investigation by yours truly revealed this to be a special nickname given to Dodd by the jokester Anna.*
Dodd played it cool.

His advice was really legitimate though.

He seems to be always candid and straightforward, even when faced with the tough questions.

The best thing about Dodd’s Twitter as a whole, though, was all the Terrapin spirit people expressed. While some of the questions and tweets directed at him seemed to be just fangirls, there was a lot of heartfelt stuff on there that Dodd retweeted, like when referees in the Michigan State game ejected Dodd after four fouls instead of five.

Terps roll deep.
