Diamond Stone has a decorated resume as a basketball player. In high school, he led his team to four straight Wisconsin state titles. As a recruit, he was rated one of the ten best basketball players in his class. And at Maryland, he helped the Terps reach their first Sweet 16 since 2003.
However, none of those accomplishments are impressive as appearing on Netflix with Bill Nye the Science Guy.
Earlier this week, Netflix released Bill Nye Saves the World, a new series from everyone’s favorite scientist, and the former Terps center made an appearance in one of the episodes.
Stone’s debut as a television star featured him sharing the screen with a fourth-grader named Roman. Nye used Roman and Stone in a demonstration to show the difference between the gravity on earth and the gravity on the moon.
Thanks to a little television magic, Roman was able to dunk on Stone with the help of his moon gravity.
Whatever Diamond Stone does in the rest of his career, it will be pretty hard to top the fame and glory that comes with being on television with Bill Nye.
