A small pipe bomb exploded in front of a College Park home at about 2 a.m., according to a statement on the Prince George’s County Fire Department’s blog.
The incident occurred in front of a home on the 8800 block of 48th Avenue and caused minimal damage, spokesman Mark Brady wrote in the statement. No injuries were reported.
An investigation of the incident is ongoing and no suspects or motives have been identified, the statement reads.
